Executive Development Seminars

Results: 95% of our 1000+ attendees have rated the Leadership JumpStart® program as the most effective executive leadership development course they have ever taken. This program provides its participants with keen insight into themselves, strengths, weaknesses, and how best to lead themselves, and in turn, lead others.

Who Should Attend: Mid-level managers to Executives (i.e., high potentials) within an organization who are looking for a course to grow and refine their human leadership skills.  People looking for a way to take their leadership to the next level.

Format and Objectives: This 4-day intensive class with multiple facilitators combines methods and learning from the behavioral sciences, philosophy, and business with a small class, interactive seminar format to bring a small group (6 - 12) together in a safe, open, and confidential environment where challenges can be addressed and obstacles overcome. Based on 5 levels of robust feedback from associates through a 360 multi-rater analysis, from facilitators, through personality assessments, introspection, and from other participants, our clients achieve a broad and deep perspective on human nature, using their own real-life experiences and leadership situations as a basis for learning. The learning gained during this class enables participants to synthesize this new knowledge with their existing basis of business and leadership experiences, and it gives them a way to use this knowledge to achieve greater results when they return.

HR Director of a major regional bank:

"I had the pleasure of attending the Leadership JumpStart®. The experience is almost indescribable! The process is almost a 'rebirthing' - a chance to open up with a small group of professionals from other organizations in a relaxed, confidential, and introspective environment. I still use the techniques I learned from the JumpStart® to maximize my strengths and to better manage my personal challenges. I also gained the friendship of the other participants and have stayed in touch with them to this day."

Manager of a major international firm:

"I enthusiastically recommend the Leadership JumpStart® program. The program provided me with a new language with which to view leadership and its development. I strongly recommend this as a step for mid and upper level managers on their path to improving their leadership abilities. An added benefit of JumpStart® is the camaraderie developed with my classmates from other industries. I am still in contact with the majority more than a year later."

President of a major university foundation:

"We have had a number of members of our advancement team participate in the JumpStart® program. Each one has rated the sessions as personally intense and most have actually said, 'it was a life-changing event.' More importantly, they have come back with a better understanding of themselves. This has also given them great insight concerning how they fit within the multi-facets of a campus organization."
