One Day Leadership Seminar

Results: Based on feedback from our clients, we have created this new seminar to address the needs for various service related industries, including architecture, consulting, engineering, medical, and law firms.

Who Should Attend: Clients who schedule the One Day Leadership Seminar can invite up to 100 people. The event is held at the client's facility to provide easy access for the employees with the least amount of disruption to their everyday work schedules.

Format and Objectives:  In one day, Grinnell Leadership provides attendees with a rapid functional understanding of human nature and leadership -- a common language and model of human leadership will begin to be established. This learning enables people to understand how to build relationships and the importance of those relationships in their professional and personal lives. It will also align the organization to serve its brand, and to better satisfy and motivate employees.

After the seminar, participants should be able to:

• Align the motivation of others with leadership goals
• Influence others with greater finesse
• Work more effectively in difficult human situations
