Management Team and Project Team Development Processes

Grinnell Leadership offers a variety of programs and services to develop leadership competencies at the organizational and the team level (executives, managers, projects). All of our team services involve multiple facilitators throughout the programs. The list below provides information on some of our standard offerings, but there are many custom offerings that are not discussed here. Please call or email if you need some organizational or team development but don't find a program that suits your needs. All prices are customized based on the team size and program selected.

OrgScanThe Executive Team within an organization. Usually a team of 5 to 12 senior managers.Provides a mechanism for looking "inside out" to take a realistic look at the organization, its current situation and resources, and work with the team to develop and realistic plan to move forward.Involves an orientation for the executives and interviews with personnel. This information is compiled and reviewed with the team and an implementation plan is developed with the team.
Leadership Decathlon®Key talent who can eventually advance to the next level, and select teams tackling a tough strategic change or merging cultures.Develops strong teams who are aligned with focused goals and who know how to work with each other using common language and terms. These teams can work effectively through stressful situations with the tools that are taught.10 month (customizable) which includes 4 to 5 days up front, and sessions monthly for 10 months, with a follow-up session to evaluate progress and give feedback.
Team CoachingKey participants in a major contract or a significant project.
Provides a means for dealing with the complex business and human system issues that arise when a major contract or project brings together people from multiple organizations or departments. This process aligns these disparate groups, managing the risks by bridging those differences and creating a unified team reducing risk. Interviews of executives and team members, training for the monthly process, and administration of process and feedback sessions. Uses a proprietary Project Leadership Scorecard as a basis for the feedback and learning.
